These Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Subscription Terms") apply to your use of paid features and subscription plans ("Subscription Services") on HitzDistro. These terms are in addition to our General Terms of Use.
1. Subscription Plans
HitzDistro offers different tiers of service, including Free, Boost, and Pro plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that service level.
- Free Plan: Allows limited distribution with standard processing times. HitzDistro may introduce limitations or changes to the Free Plan at any time.
- Boost & Pro Plans: Provide enhanced features such as faster distribution, advanced analytics, and priority support. These are paid subscriptions.
2. Billing and Payments
2.1 Payment Methods
You authorize HitzDistro to charge your designated payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) for all applicable fees. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
2.2 Billing Cycle
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selection. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
2.3 Price Changes
HitzDistro reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price increase. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period.
3.2 No Refunds
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
3.3 Effect of Cancellation (Downgrade)
If you cancel your subscription or fail to pay renewal fees, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan.Important: Features exclusive to paid plans (e.g., unlimited releases, specific store distribution) may be lost. HitzDistro reserves the right to takedown releases that exceed the limits of your new plan tier, though we generally aim to keep existing releases live where possible.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge multiple times. If we are unable to collect payment, your subscription will be suspended or cancelled, and your account downgraded. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
5. Taxes
Subscription fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) associated with your subscription, based on your location.
